Monarch Fall Roost
Sightings report image

Date: 10/29/2015

Number: 4500

Warm about 4,000 to 4,500 monarchs....using old growth trees for the
most part.......the almost rain drove the pressure down and as the
clouds move in the monarchs moved to the fence line trees and larger
tree with more cover......but no rain it never got here........The
monarch have been using most of the trees along the path and when the
sun hits the nectar beds its cell phone time,so the relationship in
the sanctuary between the monarchs and the visitors is more close up
and personal.
