Hummingbird, Nectaring from Flowers

Date: 11/01/2015

Number: 3

I believe I'm seeing at least two adult females and 2 juvenile females (teeny tiny by comparison) and one juvenile male ruby throated hummingbirds. I also believe due to my constant observation of them that the adult females might be the same two that nested here last two years and have stayed thru summer. All are feeding at sugar water feeders as well as the milk weed I cultivate in flowerbeds for Monarch Butterflies . All of these plants are in full bloom and have bloomed thru winter yearlong for the last two years here. I also have some butterfly bushes that are blooming and tend to bloom year round but haven't observed the hummer nectar gathering these lately. And finally I have red salvia that is blooming and hummer so are nectar gathering at these too.
