just saw 1 and have only seen 1 other in the area this year. I was delighted to see even one. I often led hikes up on the BRP near the Graveyard Fields each fall to see migrating monarchs. They were beautiful to see in the fields, hundreds of them! Then after that catastrophic freeze a number of years ago I see very few.
