We saw what appears to be monarch scouts in the butterfly park. I would say there were about 15-20. They are flying all around and not settling down. We saw a small roost of about 8 but the next day they were not in the tree we saw them in. They seem to be in different trees each day. They are not staying put. This time last year the migration was in with about 150 butterflies. The neighbors are all saying they are seeing more monarch's in their gardens. Which is good as the people in H.B. are planting more milkweed in their yards. I think the crazy weather has affected the migration. Time will tell.
