I kept thinking my Moon Vine on my fence would be a great place for Monarchs to pupate. It was located about 5'away from some milkweed. Today I saw two jewels hanging in the dead foliage. The one on the left doesn't look good, the other on the right has a mark at the top of the chrysalis. Both have made it through a hard freeze and many cold nights. Both are still green.
