There were hundreds of monarchs clustered on 2 trees at the far end (notheast) of the lake at VOA (Voice of America Park) at about 7:30 pm on Sept 15, 2015. It was just beautiful! Unfortunately I did not have my cell phone or camera with me. I went back the next afternoon to see if they were still there and they were but not clustered on the trees this time but just flying all over the field east of those trees and other places around the lake. There were a lot of milkweed plants around the lake area at that time. Most have since been cut down.
