My friend Dave emailed me to tell me his report of a monarch sighting, I am making the report on his behalf. He wrote, "Hi this is Dave Agazzi. I wanted to let you know that I saw 3 monarchs flying south today in Lake County Illinois near the Waukegan airport around 1:30 today. I was surprised being so late in the season."
