Today I was clipping back some tropical milkweeds and to my amazement discovered a 3rd I star cat on an aphid infested plant! My heart ached for this little survivor! I dug out a pretty sturdy tropical milkweed plant, potted it and hung the leaf with this beautiful cat and all I can do is give it some warmth and maybe a few young leaves to eat. I just couldn't abandon it to the upcoming frost. I got such a surge of happiness with an immediate understanding that this cat was doomed! I hope to make its end a "warmer" comfortable event!
