I believe I saw an eagle on Sunday, November 8th at 8:30am in the town of Victor, NY - on Route 96 heading West towards Rochester, NY. He was flying south over Route 96 about 1 1/2 miles east of the entrance to Route 490. Large bird with a white head and white tail. I've seen an eagle once before while driving through the Montezuma wild life preserve on my way to Syracuse.
