A front just passed through, and I saw a single, tattered female nectaring and resting on milkweed in my garden, on Indian Trail. She was "flitting" a lot from one leaf to another, but seemed to be trying to rest. She looked weak. I did NOT observe her trying to lay any eggs. It was cool and a bit breezy today (in the 60's). I did not see any tags on her.
