It was unusually warm this fall, so although we planted after the time recommended by the chart, most of our plantings still fulfilled the requirements. We planted 38 bulbs in existing garden beds. Some of the beds already contained bulbs from previous years, but there was no record of a Journey North test garden on Vinalhaven in previous years. It would be interesting to find out!
