Bald Eagle

Date: 11/13/2015

Number: 1

I was driving west on Red Bud Rd/Hwy 156 about 10:00 a.m. when I saw what I thought was a hawk, but it seemed to be black and the tail "reflected" white. It had a large wingspan compared to its body, so I thought vulture. It turned, and when it banked I saw the distinct markings of the bald eagle. It wasn't soaring up high. Looked like it was shopping for a meal. Gorgeous animal!
