We planted our bulbs on November 19 & 20 on a cool and sunny day. We knew a storm was coming so we had to work fast. The ground was very hard, so we poured hot water onto the soil to soften it up. The next day we got a little over 6 inches of snow. We're glad we got our tulips planted just in time!
