Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 12/01/2015

Number: 1

On the first of December we had a hummingbird trying to get at the frozen nectar
in our feeder. We have never had a hummer in the winter here in the mountains of eastern Washington. We put out new nectar and will keep feeders out all winter just in case. temperature was 10 to 15 degrees at night for the last week so I do not know how he survived.

We have a friend who is currently feeding 2 hummers in Gleed wa. about 30 miles east of us.
