12/13/2015 - Strong Monarch flying and landing on dried up hydrangea flower heads on the hydrangea bushes in a side garden near at Congress Hall, Cape May, parking lot. Monarch looking for nectar, and landing on grass blades to drink. No flowering nectar sources noticed in the area. Knock-out roses in bloom in the main garden.
