07/28/2015 - 21 eggs laid on my Asclepias purpurascens (Purple Milkweed) from female that visited same day. She checked out my Asclepias tuberosa (Butterfly weed) plant, and seemed to ovipost, but no eggs found. Preferred Asclepias purpurascens over Asclepias tuberosa just as research states.
