Bald Eagle

Date: 11/27/2015

Number: 1

Visited the Conowingo Dam and the water let out through the turbines at about 3:10 PM. Eagles started working the water, and catching fish about 3:20. Counted 25 mature Bald Eagles easily and another 20 plus juvinile, second and third year birds. What a treat they actually eat in the trees overhead and the sounds they make are wonderful.
