7th Monarch of the season for me and first tagged one ever!! (Tag No.: TNP-507) Had flown in on the Buddleias by the entrance of my local park and briefly took nectar from the Buddleias. Was very flighty and never stayed in one spot for more then a minute or two. Seems to be a female.

Flew off a few minutes afterward. Hope it made out alright.
