I was driving down 8 mile rd around 3pm. Saw a large bird flying, but it specifically caught my attention because of the white tail feathers. I continued to watch him, and when he turned to fly in another direction, that's when I realized it was an eagle. I very clearly could see his white head and yellow beak. It was amazing. I have heard quite a few ppl say that they see them along the little Miami river while kayaking. I've always watched for them while kayaking, but haven't seen any.
