Noticed milkweed all going to seed and orange insects arriving. Decided to cut back
and after I started I remembered to check for larva and sure enough. Stopped cutting
and have just watched. More very small larva hatching each day. Two very large now.
Had planned on placing in net cage when they stopped eating and started changing but still eating and growing. Would like to help preserve in this area. Shut off sprinklers. Today carefully cleaned up dead leaves and got rid of ripened pods and some insects.
