A pair of jenny wrens have been here for two days now eating at the suet feeder.
Also all winter I've had a winter wren. Iowa is normally their fall and spring migration area, so perhaps this one wasn't strong enough to make the entire trip? The little guy has been eating the suet for the last couple months. Looks like he is doing okay.
I'm keeping all feeders well stocked as the birds have been varied and a bit out of season this winter.
