I saw this about noon time as I was getting mail from mailbox. What caught my eye was the huge wing span. Wings and under body was black, under head and tail white. The bird seemed to be flying high in the sky. I see lots of hulks but this was much bigger. I looked it up on internet, and everything points to an eagle. I can't believe it. !!
