On a warm Sunday after our snow melted, three tulips had emerged in our tulip garden! This is the earliest occurrence ever at our location. We have been studying the effects of freezing temperatures on plants and hope that we do not get any quick freezes that might harm these early tulips. This weekend's forecast calls for temperatures in the 50's. Will it warm the ground again and will they grow more?
