Peter and I were driving on Kelso Mill Road and spotted a huge flock 100 or more of robins flying across the road. This was very close to January 4, 2016. We saw them several times in different locations before the big blizzard on January 22 and 23, 2016. We didn't see them for several days and gradually began seeing separate flocks on the back roads we traverse to the YMCA and into town. There were also some starlings at times with them. I was totally surprised to see them so soon. I wondered if they were coming or going. (:
