This morning I saw the first bit of leaf blades coming up from the mulch on about four of my tulip bulbs in my garden. I planted about twenty-five. The weather has been very irratic here in Mary Esther Florida(in the Panhandle of Florida). It has been sunny with warm temps (60's and 70's in the day and 50's at night) and then been cloudy and cold (30's and 40's in the day with 20's and 30's at night).
