This morning I heard geese calling out our kitchen window, which faces north. The weather is perfect for open windows today. The geese were still visible when I reached the curb, in front of our house. I noticed them reforming into two large V's.

I will never forget when we witnessed a multitude of Canadian geese taking off from the wetlands at Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge, a few years ago.
