Low over night temperature of 38 high 73, Partly cloudy breezy south wind was eroding the snow from a 15" blizzard the week before. Sandhill cranes in groups of 100-150 flying over to the Platter River resting/refueling areas. Geese-snows, Canadians, white fronts flying over by the thousands. Cardinals singing and chasing each other from the yard and feeders they were haring not but a week earlier. Juncos bursting in to song and chasing one another. Red bellied woodpeckers hammering the dead tree branches and calling. Honey bees collecting bits of corn dust from the squirrel feeder. Brown lace wings fluttering up from the disturbed leaf litter as I looked for tulips. And so much more!!!
