Tulips have emerged and between 1 to 2 inches tall.
The stems and covered bulbs range from 1/2 to 3/4 in in width.
They have not bloomed yet.
Recently it rained, but today conditions are warm, sunny and dry.
We water the plants every weekday. On Friday, our gardener gives them extra water because she's noticed that the soil dries out quickly in the sun.
Our Tulip Test garden gets full direct sun.
Our gardener also weeds to ensure the plants get all our water.
The leaf acts as a waterslide to funnel water down to the root bulb.
