Wave of about 30 robins sighted at noon in back yard. Temperature was an unusually high 54 degrees F following 1/2 inch of rain. Robins were pulling worms (stretching ~6")over septic leach field. Stayed about 10 minutes, then all left abruptly. Winter storm watch forecast for evening. Similar sized group seen again on Feb 20 and 22, temps both days in mid-40's.
