I saw about a dozen bold eagles in their usual wintering site, by a pretty good size lake (in Iowa perspective). They were just hanging out, perching on the trees looking down at all the paparazzi zooming in on them, being the rock stars of the birding world. A few were sitting on ice too. I oftentimes see them flying around too in that area, on my way home.
