Bald Eagle

Date: 02/27/2016

Number: 1

went to check on the eagles yesterday, the old nest had blown down over the winter and my wyfe and I were hoping they had returned to the same area. we found them on the other side of the road at the edge of a woods, aprox. 1000to1200 yrds off the oppisite side of road. the pair was there and sitting eggs. we got to see them change "sitters" once, what a magnificant pair of birds. the male came off the nest and let the female take over the warming chores for a while, he stretched his wings for a couple of minutes soaring close by before going off to hunt(I presume)
