We are observing signs of spring! On Sunday, 2/21/16, one tulip had emerged. The next day Mifflin Park 4th grade citizen scientists reported 12 emerging tulip plants; one week later we have counted 21. We are wondering how many of the 400 bulbs we planted last fall have survived the winter and when they will bloom.
