Single male singing territorial song. I am pretty sure that he was just tuning up, as we have 2' of new snow this morning. There has been an influx of waterfowl into southern MN in the last 3 days. White fronted geese, gadwalls,american widgeon, and red wing blackbirds. It will be interesting to see the change the snow brings.
