We are having blizzard conditions - 2 degree windchill - so it's no surprise that my feeders are busy with all my "regulars". But what was a surprise was seeing 2 Red-Wing Blackbirds in the morning mix.

This is at least 2 weeks earlier than we have ever seen them returning. Wouldn't it be great if all of our other feathered friends who have been missed came back 2 weeks early.
Well - maybe after this snow and wind ends :-)
