I was running in that park and after 30 minutes when I walked the area I am highlighting and saw a big bird on a tree. When I walked closer I realized that was a bald eagle. It was a relative young one due the colors. There were more people there who actually took pictures so I guess you can investigate this case and get more information from the community.
