A single Monarch butterfly flew over two blooming Mexican milkweed plants and a blooming lemon tree several times in a 15 minute period around noon, but it did not light. I was unable to see if it was a male or female. The sun was shining, the temp in the low 70s, the wind 15mph out of the southeast. This was the first Monarch I have seen this year.
