All but one of our tulips have emerged today! It just snowed here in Indiana 4 days ago, but today it is over 60 degrees! We expected our stems to be green, but they were mostly red!!! We wonder why. We also noticed that one of our tulip bulbs was laying on top of the soil. Perhaps that bulb was dug up by an animal. We do have one tulip that hasn't emerged. Maybe the bulb on top of the soil was dug up by an animal and now it can't grow because it's not in the dirt.
