First barn swallow of 2016 sighted today 3/13 @ 6:00 PM in McKinney! Two males were flying and vocalizing and checking out previous year barn swallow nests around the house porches and the horse barn! They looked great- vibrant colors, looked to be in excellent condition- and the barn swallow sounds are music to my ears- Welcome back guys!! Spring is just around the corner now!
