Ice out on White Bear Lake!! High winds blew the last of the ice off the lake today. Very early for this lake. According to the St. Paul Pioneer Press "This week's ice out is the earliest in lake's recorded history dating back to 1928. The lake's median ice out date is April 13, according to the Minnesota DNR."
