I live in the Heights in Houston, TX. I have tropical milkweed, which I cut it back in the winter. The plants are about 1.5 feet tall right now. Little bloom at this point. I saw 2 Monarchs in my garden today. I have a lot of cultivated flowers and also wildflowers so there is lots to attract them.
