I saw two very healthy looking Monarchs at different times today flying around my yard. So I would venture to say that they were not part of the new migrating ones from Mexico. I couldn't tell which gender they were. The temperature was in the high sixties and was fairly cloudy. They never landed on my milkweed. And disappeared after about five minutes.
