Tulips EMERGED

Date: 03/24/2016

Number: 1

The leaves of our tulips are up out of the soil. They look like little roses. The deer were eating the tulips. Sadly, the deer trampled some of the tulips and other deer ate the tips of the leaves. We saw deer poo so we know it was deer eating them. We put some sticks and wire mesh around our garden to keep the deer out. We put worms in the soil to help the tulips grow. In the winter people were digging down by our garden and dug up and broke some of the bulbs but we still had some that grew. Before the deer came the tulips were big and beautiful!
