Ice out on 3-29 and 2 Loons on Lake on 3-30. One was our banded territorial male. The other loon evaded to be ID and was not near the other loon. So most likely not our banded female, but probably another male as our territorial male yodeled at this other loon on lake. Muskellunge Lake is one of the study lakes of The Loon Project which conducts research on territorial behavior of loons
