1 monarch crossed road as we were driving east on I-10 in the Florida panhandle.

This was the 3rd sighting we had of monarchs that day as we were traveling south. We presume they were migrating north from the FL panhandle coast.
We stayed in Walkulla and Franklin counties for 2 weeks and only saw 4 monarchs, whereas in previous years when we visited the area earlier in winter we saw many more.
