The weather can't seem to make up its mind! A near record high temperature of 81 degrees F brought out the first tulip blooms in our test garden at the beginning of April. However, last night's frost and low of 24 degrees F has caused the petals to close up again. We are wondering if the buds have survived the freezing conditions.
