Saw an adult alight in a tree top this afternoon around 1630. I saw a raptor fly up from across the water towards a tree, and land in the top. Not typical of most hawks. Upon a second look, it was a smallish adult. Unmistakable. Black body, white head. Second time I've seen them in this area in the past couple of years.
