Total of 85 cystalis counted in my front yard.There is many more that r hidden n my garden.I send in samples of scales on stomach with tape on Monarchs that I caught or the monarch born in my yard to Project Monarch Health to Odum School Of Ecology at the Unviversity Of Georgia.Monarch Health Parasite data for Monarch disease patterns in California.They chose 30 citizen Scientist 2013-2015 and I was one of the chosen.Its a FLY that passes the parasite to the catapillar or the cystalis.One can see the silk dangling from the catapillar or cystalis.There is still many catapillar's in transition in my yard.
