Sighted one weary and tattered female Monarch laying eggs on milkweed, feeding from blooming coreopsis, and taking frequent rest breaks in nearby small crepe myrtles. Everything about her seemed tired - from the way she slowly laid eggs, her flight, and frequent resting. Sighted April 12, 2016 at 1:07pm.
