At 6pm the BC surprised me when I was removing feeder from hanger to refresh sugar sol. He came around the house like a 747 plane. I did not know what to do as this had never happened to me before. He was hovering following me & the feeder. He was looking at me bold & unafraid as if to say "If you will just hold it still I will feed from it". So, I froze & watched as he came closer to take several sips. I could feel the wind of his wings on my arm. It was an awesome experience to have one that "up close & personal". He made my day!
