Both were on the same Antelope Horn (Asclepias asperula). One feeding on a flower bud, the other on a mature flower.
both feeding on Flowers. The larva on the bud is considerably larger, but both probably third instar. The one on the mature flower has head right at location of the pollinaria.
This is the same plant that had first egg sighted. Several other eggs on it since at different times, most on flowers.
